Anglo saxon tattershall thorpe smithing set 700ad

a hand forged smithing set based on the finds from the tattershall thorpe smiths grave in Lincolnshire, contains; -690AD, nominally 4" high with a 5cm x 5cm flat head, ground with a pritchel hole in one corner (as in the original), nominally 800g weight, presumed jewellery work, there are also similar finds from northern europe, A hand forged 10mm square jewellers hammer made from water quenched S275JR steel, punched eye based on find 3c from the nazeing hoard (there is a larger one in the tattershall thorpe grave), supplied with an Ash wood handle (disassembled for posting), one chisel or punch (depending upon availability) in high carbon steel and one pair of pliers (design may vary), for light smithing or jewellery
