a set of Anglo-Scndinavian tin snips loosely based on find 2249 from coppergate in york, please note that they are not an exact copy, 7" 170mm long case hardened steel for cutting non ferrous metals up to 1mm fully annealed and 0.8mm half hard, shown with brass cut using the snips (for illustration only and not included in the sale), can be re-sharpened with a sharpening stone. made in Sheffield England by Daegrad Tools
