a hand forged knife blade based on anglo-saxon, viking and medieval forms, made from case carburised hardened steel which means it has a carbon steel case and a soft iron core, the blade is supplied hardened with a softened tang, designed for glue fitting into a handle only, do not try to re work the design as they may break# (not designed to be altered). each blade is 8cm in length + tang, supplied as metalwork only for customers own handles. made in sheffield england
