series 1 metalworking punches roman to medieval

Roman, anglo saxon and viking metalworking stamps for use on non ferrous metals
guaranteed for 600 strikes, the punch is about 50mm long. designed for use on non ferrous
metals in the annealed condition except high tin bronzes
supplied coated with WD40, remove before use and re oil when not in use
always test on a test metal that is the same as the one you wish to punch before use
always wear eye protection when using hammers, punches or stamps
made from case hardened case carburised steel (S275JR), not designed for commercial use.
made in sheffield england by daegrad tool, nominally 4-5mm size

D, triangle V 3 dot vinor in gotland (SHM 22459.6)
