a hand forged swaging block based omn the find from the Tjele Hoard in Denmark (900AD), nominally a 6mm diameter half round forged into a 20x30mm steel block, as with the original the block has a mounting pin for setting into a wooden block (shown in the photo but not supplied- for example only), suitable for jewellery, ferrous or non ferrous metal use on site in living history contexts, made in Sheffield England by Daegrad Tools
