a hand forged and water quenched S275JR steel twist auger of the Viking period, based on the find from Hedeby in Germany but with a ring head for a crossbar (supplied with a beech wood round crossbar), this design will also cover medieval designs as well, nominally 8-10mm diameter. made in Sheffield England by Daegrad Tools
