viking mastermyr and mid medieval hacksaw beech wood handles & linen twine ferrule

a hand forged steel copy of the Viking hacksaw from the mastermyr hoard, gotland 1000ad, fully functional for bone, antler and wood working use
supplied with a distressed modern blade (decarburised carbon steel) with set, can be re sharpened with a fine diamond file, over time re filing will give the blade a hand cut look. nominally 15 TPI, comes with a beech wood handle, the blade is riveted to the frame as on the original with the blade on the hand side, blade nominally 7" 170mm long beech wood shaped handle with linen twine ferrule
